Cancellation Policy


In case of any cancellation, in order to receive refund of Registration fees, the following conditions are to be adhered to:

   Cancellation of 30 days before the start of the event, 90% of the fee will be refunded. 10% processing charges are deducted.
   Cancellation before 15 days of the start of the event - 50% of the fee will be refunded.
   Any cancellation request received within 7 days of the start of the event, no refund will be entertained. However,a delegate     may nominate a substitute on his/her behalf. The substitute needs to pay 10%.

It is important to note that all the requests for cancellations shall be processed within 60days after the close of the 3rd WCDM.

Terms & Conditions


    As seats are limited, con?rmation of delegates will be on a ?rst come ?rst serve basis only.
    The Congress program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.
    Con?rmation Letter will be issued only after receipt and realization of prescribed fees including applicable taxes along with the      registration form duly completed.
    Delegate Badges issued are "non -transferable".

Maximum number of Participants

   The number of Conference participants will be capped at 2,000. No further registration will be accepted.
